It started out as a venue to break me out of my shell.  A change in lifestyle led me into writing this blog.  After living in the Caribbean for over 12 years, the move to Panama was intended to be a move of retirement and enjoyment.  Boquete Panama has become my home in the mountains where I live with my horse and my dog.  Every day is an adventure full of new and exciting activity.  This blog is a journal of Panama living, travel,  and other experiences.
